A tool block was machined complete from a 900 pound 4140 rectangular pre-heat treated block. In all, 25 different faces with 52 bores were required to be held from a fixed point with tolerance of ± .001”. Koenig Industries completed this block in 6 days. |

Here, Koenig Industries machined a steel fabrication weighing approximately 2 1/2 tons, requiring 9 faces machined complete in 3 frames. Overall required tolerance was .002" to be held in 3 planes. |  |
